Vlad founded Atlas Home Group because he believes no Maryland homeowner should lose their home without knowing all of their options first. He has been guiding families through the short sale process since 2006, and in that time he has helped hundreds of homeowners avoid foreclosure and move forward with their lives.

The short sale landscape has changed enormously since Vlad started. Lender guidelines, processes, staffing, and the market itself look nothing like they did 20 years ago. But Vlad has been there through every shift, which means he knows exactly how to navigate today's process, how to work with your lender, and how to get you the best possible outcome.

What sets Vlad and his team apart is their approach. They don't just file paperwork on your behalf. Before founding Atlas Home Group, Vlad worked as an Economist with a Federal Government Agency and served as a Small Business Consultant. He holds a degree in Economics from St. Mary's College of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Maryland at College Park. He lives in Pikesville, MD with his wife and three children.
